We are ideally located within walking distance of Carnoustie and very easily accessed from the A92 Dundee to Arbroath road making your fishing trip an easy, and hassle free, adventure.

We offer a choice of three spacious bedrooms, which all have en suite facilities. The rooms are very comfortable and enjoy stunning views over our dam and the Tay estuary. We have two double rooms and one twin room suitable for families and ideal for group bookings.

Breakfast is served in our bright dining room with views over our colourful and vivacious garden. House guests are encouraged to feel at home in our home, and we can offer guests their own private living room for morning or evening refreshments.
